Why I don't see my purchased expansion model?
Make sure your transaction is successful, you will receive a iTunes receipt if it's successful. After a successul transaction, it might take a few minutes before the expansion pack download to your iOS device. To use the expansion model, double click the small amp/effect icon to enter the selection menu to select.
Why no sound with Apogee JAM?
JamUp currently supports Apogee JAM with these models: iPad, iPad2, iPad3, iPhone 4S, iPhone 4.

Why no sound?
Make sure your device is not muted. Check if the volume bar has greed or red indication. If not, it means it's not getting any signal in. If yes it means it gets signal input and sends signal out, then check your output system (headset, amp, powered speaker, etc).
How to adjust the signal path sequence?
Simply drag the amp/effect small icon to the pre or post position, that's it.
