Terms & Conditions - Positive Access Giveaway

Dates

This giveaway begins September 3, 2026 and will run until September 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM (PT, UTC-7).

Prize

Five (5) entries will be selected at random from submissions entered via the official giveaway page (www.positivegrid.com/pages/positive-access-giveaway) during the entry period. Each winner will be eligible to receive one (1) Positive Grid guitar hardware product (to be announced).

Winners will be selected on or about September 8, 2026 and notified by email. Winner(s) must respond with their full name and valid mailing address within 48 hours of being contacted. Failure to respond within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected at random.

Canadian residents, if selected as a potential winner, must correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question administered in the winner notification email, and must return their answer within the same 48-hour response window. An incorrect answer, or failure to provide an answer within 48 hours, will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected at random.

Taxes and duties, if any, are the responsibility of the winner.

Eligibility

This giveaway is open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Located in the United States, Canada (excluding the province of Quebec), United Kingdom, or European Union.

• Age 18 or older (or the age of majority in the entrant's jurisdiction) at time of entry.

• Not an employee of Positive Grid or an immediate family member of a Positive Grid employee.

Entry Rules

Limit one (1) entry per person for the giveaway period.

Entry is made by logging into your Positive Grid account (creating a free account first if you do not already have one) at www.positivegrid.com/pages/positive-access-giveaway and submitting responses to the two (2) questions provided. Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries; responses are not judged and do not affect chances of being selected.

No purchase necessary to enter or be selected. Making a purchase or payment of any kind will not increase chances of being selected.

Positive Grid is solely responsible for all aspects of this giveaway, including collection, submission, and processing of entries, winner selection, and the overall administration of this campaign.

By participating in this giveaway, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

The prizes are subject to change without notice. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash equivalent or other substitution is permitted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Positive Grid reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or other circumstances beyond its control compromise the integrity of the giveaway.

This giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
