No, joining Positive Access is completely free! You can start earning points as soon as you sign up. If you already have a Positive Grid account, you are automatically enrolled!

How do I become a Positive Access member?

How do I earn points?
Members earn points by making qualifying purchases on the Positive Grid website. You’ll receive 1 point for every $1 spent. Points for purchases will be awarded after a 14-day processing period. You can also earn points through special promotions and activities, like following us on Instagram or participating in product reviews. Check www.positivegrid.com/positive-access for the most up-to-date list of ways to earn points.
Can I earn points for purchases I made before joining Positive Access?
Yes! As long as you create an account with the same email address you used to place your order(s), you will earn points from all purchases made since the launch of the program on 11/7/2024.
How does the refer-a-friend program work?
To earn points through the refer-a-friend program, share your unique referral link with friends. Your friend will receive a coupon code to use on their first purchase. They must make a purchase of at least $50 on the US site, www.positivegrid.com, using the coupon code for you to earn points. Once their purchase is confirmed, the points will be credited to your account within 14 days.
Where do I track my points and progress?
You can track your points and rewards progress by logging into your Positive Grid account on www.positivegrid.com/positiveaccess. Your account dashboard will display your current points balance and reward history.
How do I earn points for leaving a review?
To earn your points, simply head to the product page and submit a review in the reviews section using the same email address as your account. If it’s your first time leaving a review, you will receive an email from us asking to verify your email address. Note, it may take a few minutes for the email to arrive (if you do not receive it, try checking your spam folder). Once your email address has been confirmed, you will be awarded the points.
Alternatively, if you purchased direct, you may receive an email with a request to review your product. Follow the link and submit the review to receive your points. Earn even more points for attaching photos and videos to your review (points are awarded when approved).
How do I know if my points have been added to my account?
Points will be added to your account 14 days after your order has been placed. You can check your points balance and transaction history in your account dashboard.
Why don’t I see my points in my account?
If your points haven’t appeared in your account after 14 days from the order date, please reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
If I return my items, do I lose my points?
Yes, since points are earned based on dollars spent, you will lose the points earned from any items that you return for a refund. If you exchange an item, the points for that purchase will remain in your account.
Do points expire?
Currently, points in Positive Access do not expire, so you can save them up and use them whenever you're ready!
Can I redeem my points?
Yes! You can redeem your points for discounts and special rewards through your Positive Grid account. Points do not have a cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Can I use points and cash together to redeem a free product?
We love that you’re excited to redeem your rewards! However, free product rewards can only be redeemed with points. Partial redemptions using a combination of points and cash aren’t supported.
If I return an item after using a code, do I get the code back?
If you return an item after using a code, the points spent on the code will be credited to your account.
Can I convert a redeemed reward back into points?
Once points have been redeemed for a coupon or reward, the redemption is final and cannot be reversed or converted back into points.
I claimed a reward, but can’t find my coupon code.
Log into your account and visit https://www.positivegrid.com/positiveaccess, and click the Rewards History button under your point balance to view your available coupon codes. You will also receive an email with the code when you redeem your points.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN POSITIVE ACCESS. BY JOINING, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, OUR WEBSITE'S TERMS OF USE, AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN POSITIVE ACCESS.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND MEMBERSHIP
Positive Access (the “Program”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. The Program is designed for individual customers to reward their personal purchases. Each person is limited to a single account. Employees of Positive Grid and its affiliates can also join for personal use only.
By enrolling in Positive Access, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and all related policies. Positive Grid reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Participation in Positive Access following such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. HOW TO JOIN POSITIVE ACCESS
Enrollment in Positive Access is free and available exclusively through our official website at www.positivegrid.com. To join, you’ll need to create an account using your email address and complete any necessary fields. Each account must be linked to a unique email address, and duplicate accounts are not allowed.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the information in your account is accurate and up-to-date. Positive Grid is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or outdated account details.
3. EARNING POINTS
3.1. You earn points for every qualifying purchase made through the Positive Grid website. For each $1 spent, you will receive 1 point. Points will be awarded 14 days after the purchase date to allow for any potential returns or exchanges.
3.2. Qualifying purchases include product orders placed directly on www.positivegrid.com. Points are not earned on gift cards, taxes, shipping fees, or other excluded charges. Any purchases made before joining Positive Access are not eligible for points.
3.3. If you return an item from your qualifying purchase, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. Partial returns will result in a proportional reduction of points based on the value of the returned item.
3.4. You can also earn points by referring friends to Positive Grid. For the referring member to receive the points, the referred friend must make a qualifying purchase of at least $50 using the referral coupon. Once the friend completes this purchase, the points will be credited to the referring member's account within 14 days.
3.5 Beginning on February 6, 2026, members may earn loyalty points for registering eligible Positive Grid products through the Product Registration Portal or by registering products within the Spark App while logged into their Positive Grid account. Each product may only be registered once. Only products newly registered on or after February 6, 2026 are eligible for points. Positive Grid reserves the right to verify product ownership and may deny or revoke points in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
4. REDEEMING POINTS
4.1. Points can be redeemed for various rewards and discounts as specified on the Positive Grid website. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or combined with another member’s account. Rewards, discounts, and coupons cannot be combined or stacked in a single transaction, and rewards cannot be used to purchase gift cards. Positive Grid reserves the right to modify the rewards and point redemption process at any time without prior notice.
4.2. Hardware rewards can be shipped to most addresses within the United States. Positive Grid cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or the following locations: Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Palau, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, and American Samoa.

5. NOTICE OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVES
Positive Access offers incentives in the form of points that can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases in exchange for your participation and the information you provide when joining. The value of the financial incentive is based on the points you earn through qualifying purchases, where you receive 1 point per $1 spent. These points can be redeemed for discounts as described in the rewards section of Positive Access.
By participating in Positive Access, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to opt-out at any time, but doing so will result in the loss of any accumulated points. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
6. COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES
By participating in Positive Access, you agree to receive promotional and marketing emails related to Positive Grid products and Positive Access. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the emails. However, you will still receive essential communications related to your account and rewards.
7. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with Positive Grid’s Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. By participating in Positive Access, you acknowledge that Positive Grid may process your information for administering the program and related marketing communications, consistent with your preferences. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
8. MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION
Positive Grid may modify, restrict, or terminate Positive Access or any aspect of it at any time. Changes may include updates to point values, eligible purchases, or redemption processes and will apply prospectively unless otherwise specified. If Positive Access is terminated, Positive Grid reserves the right to cancel or forfeit points at that time.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Positive Grid and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your participation in Positive Access. Positive Grid’s total liability for any and all claims related to Positive Access shall not exceed $300. This limitation does not apply to liability resulting from Positive Grid’s gross negligence, willful misconduct, or intentional acts, where such exclusions are prohibited by law.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Positive Access are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
