What is Spark GO?
If I pre-ordered Spark GO, when will I receive it?

If you have an account, you can find the shipping estimate by checking the SHIPPING METHOD on your order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your Spark GO has left the warehouse for delivery!
How can Spark GO change my guitar-playing experience?
Spark GO is designed to be ready when you need it and to go wherever you go. Plug into Spark GO to fill any room with stunning sound and jam ‘til you get that solo just right.
What is included in the Spark app?
The Spark app unlocks all of Spark’s smart features such as Smart Jam, Auto Chords, custom presets and more. The app also gives you access to 33 amps and 43 pedals right out of the box. Plus you can connect to ToneCloud where you can download 50,000+ tones created by guitarists worldwide.
Can I use Spark GO by itself without connecting to the Spark app?
Yes. Spark GO comes with four factory presets of the most commonly used tones for quick and easy access anytime, anywhere. These four presets can also be customized with your own presets or those downloaded from ToneCloud.
Is Spark GO battery powered?
Yes. Spark GO is powered by a rechargeable internal battery that can last for up to 8 hours of playtime. You can play while plugged in as well with the included USB cable.
Can I use Spark GO as a Bluetooth® speaker to play music?
Yes. Any Bluetooth ready device can be connected wirelessly to Spark GO for full spectrum audio streaming. You can also plug in your guitar and jam along while listening.
Can I change the grille on the Spark GO? What are the options?
Yes. The grille on Spark GO can be swapped out with any of the official grilles available at Positive Grid. Currently there are 2 options that come included in the box: Standard Classic and the Hardshell.
If I already own Spark 40 or Spark MINI, should I also get a Spark GO?
Even if you already own the original Spark or the Spark MINI, the Spark GO would be a great addition to your gear collection. Not only is Spark GO fully compatible with the Spark app, but it basically fits anywhere – from your backpack to your gig bag.
Can Spark GO load the same presets I have on Spark 40/Spark MINI? How do I transfer presets?
Yes. Your favorite presets on your Spark or Spark MINI can be loaded into and played on Spark GO through the Spark app.
Is Spark GO compatible with Spark Control?
Yes. Spark GO is 100% compatible with Spark Control to wirelessly change presets, toggle effects, control music and more with ease.
Is the Experience Jimi Hendrix™ for Spark expansion pack compatible with Spark GO?
Yes, the Experience Jimi Hendrix™ pack for Spark is compatible with Spark GO. It includes all the legendary gear that Jimi used on stage and in the studio, all meticulously and officially licensed by Authentic Hendrix™, LLC.
Will Spark GO be available in my country?
